WAGECC’s goals in developing the En Español component of this website are to: Provide professionals basic tools to inform their Spanish-speaking older patients about healthcare issues affecting them along the healthcare continuum, and Increase the knowledge of practitioners about Hispanic health issues by providing them with practical information about this special population. By networking with Hispanic communities and their health care professionals, we are collecting useful information and resources for this component of the WAGECC Website. The resources will be available in both Spanish and English. Eventually we will have a formidable library of resources to assist practitioners who work with patients along the care continuum.
